We all have that one moment when something impacts us so profoundly, we’re never quite the same after. This week’s featured B1G1 business member has been fortunate enough to experience multiple such moments through life, with one as recent as last year during the B1G1 Study Tour to India.

Giving has been habitual throughout my career, this is just another conduit for doing so.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE PROJECT(S) TO GIVE TO AND WHY?Water and education based projects as I believe in eradicating the most extreme causes of poverty first.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE IMPACT B1G1 HAS HAD ON YOUR COMPANY AND ITS CULTURE?
It’s given me a platform to verify the giving and share the impact in other’s lives.
WHAT’S THE BEST EXPERIENCE YOU’VE HAD THROUGH YOUR GIVING ACTIVITIES AND BEING A PART OF B1G1?
Our study tour to India in 2016 broke open a very closed heart. Still trying to weld it shut again. India was nothing but moments, but the ones that really stick were seeing how lives were impacted in the mountain village, and in seeing the girls rescued from trafficking which cracked me open.
DOES ANYBODY IN YOUR TEAM HAVE AN INTERESTING GIVING STORY TO SHARE?
Yes, my aim is to get to 1 million giving impact ASAP which would give me about 3 impacts/gifts for every hour I’ve been alive.
WHAT QUESTION WOULD YOU WISH THAT WE’D ASKED AND WHAT WOULD BE YOUR ANSWER?
I wish you’d asked what inspires my giving and then I’d have been able to tell you about ‘the dream’ :-) The video is still being made so ‘the dream’ story hasn’t completely been captured yet. Let’s make that ‘part 2’.
